Downgrade Banners broker Account Subscription

I don,t Know why but unfortunately in Banners Broker you can not downgrade your account subscription. however you can upgrade whenever you want. it seems pointless.
if you have standard account you can upgrade it to premium but if you have Premium account you can't upgrade it to Standard account .
